About us

Sariv started its activities in 1989 as part of a family-owned group, active with other production plant in the metal industry.

Since the beginning, the main markets have been abroad, which lead to the opening of 5 distribution companies in Europe (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Croatia and Russia) and a production company in Czech Republic (SARIV AUTOMOTIVE) for turning parts and plain rivets.

In 2003, on an area of 22.500 square meters, a new plant was built, with an Automatic Warehouse of 5.000 pallets.

In 2009, with massive investments in technologies and machineries, the company became more and more connected to customized products, with wider connections with Automotive sector.

Thanks to the increasing business, and with the aim to improve our know-how, in 2014 we acquired an Israeli company manufacturing Structural rivets, and we transferred  all the machinery to the plant in Italy.

At the same time, the digitalization process and the application of Industry 4.0 philosophy is developing, still active and constantly evolving.

In 2016 a new plant was built, increasing our production area from 6.000 to 9.000 square meters.

At the moment, SARIV has a daily production of about 3 million pcs per day, and cooperates and produces for all the major brands in the market.

SARIV offers its customer the product engineering and the manufacturing of the product, to provide the ideal solution for every application. The design of the equipment for the production and process engineering are carried out by its own technical department. All production steps are carried out internally and comply with the requirements of the quality system according standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 for the design, production and sale of rivets and threaded inserts.

Since years we’ve been developing MES software, that helps us in controlling all the processes in the value chain like no other; from raw material right through to final product. This ensures our customers benefit from the highest levels of quality, process security and flexibility.

What differentiates us compared to other companies is that we can always solve any problem starting even from the final application. This way we provide the best possible solution for your problem.

Our internal technical laboratory allows the control of all dimensional and mechanical characteristics of the products, using equipment such as traction machines, electronic optical measuring instruments, and hardness testers.

Within the company, there is also a sorting department through cameras, in order to provide products with PPM 50.

All production documents required for product certification for Automotive industry, from IMDS to PPAP and VDA, can be provided. SARIV currently supplies its products to all the major European car manufacturers.
