SARIV Sealing Plugs are our solution for sealing high-pressure fluids: designed to ensure hole hermetic and waterproof seal, they prevent fluid leaks in high-pressure applications.

During the setting process, the steel mandrel is pulled with a rivet gun, expanding the aluminum body for a safe and permanent seal.

Ideal for the automotive, hydraulic and industrial sectors, they ensure resistance, durability and reliability in extreme environments.

• SARIV Sealing Plugs are designed for quick and safe installation, which simplifies the hole closing process and optimizes assembly costs

• Compared to traditional threaded plugs, they offer a faster, more reliable and cost-effective solution, eliminating the need for tightening torques and reducing assembly times

• They are easily installed in blind holes, without the need for tapping

• A dedicated SARIV gun with a specific nosepiece is required for installation:

  • From Ø4 to Ø7 mm, a standard riveting tool is sufficient

  • Over Ø7 mm, a gun with at least 18,000 N of force is required

• Automotive: Lubrication, transmission and cooling systems such as engine blocks, transmissions, cylinders, braking systems, gearboxes, pneumatic circuits

• Hydraulics: Closing holes on hydraulic blocks and components under pressure

• Industry: Pneumatic circuits, electronic protection, structural sealing, pumps and compressors
