Certifications

The quality control of our products is our founding pillar.

Our company is committed to improving daily, which means putting the emphasis on the quality of our products but starting upstream, from the care in every single step of our production process, to ensure top processes.

For this reason we believe that investing in certifications on our quality system is essential to achieve the efficiency standards required by our customers, and that we ourselves define as a target constantly evolving and improving.

Since 2001, SARIV has been evaluated according to quality standards, starting from ISO 9002 up to the current ISO 9001: 2015 certification.

This regulation defines the qualitative criteria to be followed in the production process, in order to provide products and services that meet the demands of our customers.

All this focusing on the optimization of resources, the reduction of production costs, and the maintenance of a constant quality level of our products.

Considering our increasing collaboration with the Automotive sector, in May 2018 we have obtained the IATF 16949: 2016 Certification, the international Standard for Quality Management Systems in the Automotive Industry.

In addition to the provisions of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 Certification  focuses particularly on the concept of defect prevention, and reduction of variability and losses in the supply chain.

It also allows to create a shared approach to the quality management system throughout the Automotive industry’s production chain, and to respond to the industry’s best practices.

Since March 2020 we have acquired the ISO 14001:2015 certification.

The compliance with its requirements allows us to build an Environmental Management System based on a dynamic and cyclical process through which we can manage our environmental risk through the search for continuous improvement.

2020 sees us acquiring a second new certification: ISO 45001:2018, the international reference standard for the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

The goal we set ourselves in following its requirements is to guarantee healthy jobs and safe, with a view to preventing accidents at work and health problems, actively improving our working conditions.
