Steel blind rivets nuts
Galvanized steel rivet nuts are made of carbon steel. SARIV rivet nuts ensure corrosion resistance values exceeding ISO regulation requirements.
Upon request they can also be supplied with special treatments such as zinc-nickel and geomet, to guarantee better anti-corrosion performance.
We can also produce threaded inserts with different carbon percentage steel, non-standard lengths, or larger diameter head styles.
Cylindrical rivet nut with cylindrical head and smooth body
This is the most common version. Its cylindrical head provides the rivet with an excellent bearing on the application when set.
Cylindrical rivet nut with cylindrical head and knurled body
Its cylindrical head provides the rivet nut with an excellent bearing on the application. The body of this rivet nut has a knurling that improves its torque-to-turn resistance on the hole once set in the application.
Cylindrical rivet nut with reduced head and smooth body
Its reduced head is applied to a cylindrical hole without countersink, but once applied it sits flush in the hole.
Cylindrical rivet nut with reduced head and knurled body
Its reduced head is applied to a cylindrical hole without countersink, but once applied it sits flush in the hole. The body of this rivet nut has a knurling that improves its torque-to-turn resistance on the hole once set in the application.
Cylindrical rivet nut with 90° countersunk head and smooth body
Its countersunk head is ideal for applications with a countersunk hole. It allows the creation of a plain surface, as it sits flush on the sheet.
Cylindrical rivet nut with 90° countersunk head and knurled body
Its countersunk head is ideal for applications with a countersunk hole. It allows to create a plain surface, as it sits flush on the sheet. The body of this rivet nut has a knurling that improves its torque-to-turn resistance on the hole once set in the application.
Hexagonal rivet nut with cylindrical head
Its cylindrical head provides an excellent bearing on the application. The hexagonal body is designed for applications that already have a hexagonal hole.
Hexagonal rivet nut with reduced head
Its reduced head is applied on a cylindrical hole without counterbore, but once applied it sits flush on the sheet. The hexagonal body provides an excellent torque-to-turn resistance.
Cylindrical sealed blind rivet nut with cylindrical head and knurled body
Its cylindrical head provides an excellent bearing on the application. The body of this rivet nut has a knurling that improves the torque-to-turn resistance in the hole once fully set in the appliaction. The bottom of this blind rivet is closed, to ensure impermeability.
Hexagonal sealed blind rivet nut with cylindrical head
Its cylindrical head provides an excellent bearing on the application, and an excellent torque-to-turn resistance is ensured by its hexagonal body. The bottom of this blind rivet is closed, to ensure impermeability.
Semi-hexagonal blind rivet nuts with cylindrical head
Semi-hexagonal blind rivet nuts combine the easiness in inserting the nuts inside the hole, due to the cylindrical shank, and the anti-rotational characteristics of a hexagonal version. It is available in Steel Zinc Plated version, with cylindrical head, from M4 to M8.
**Head diameter and length of our blind rivet nuts may vary. Please consult our sales and technical department for further details.
